WHAT TO EXPECT
First Visits the patient can expect to spend approximately 1.5 hours with Nicole. Together we will go over your comprehensive health history in detail, Nicole will observe your pulse, tongue, and abdomen, come to a diagnosis, and discuss your treatment plan options. You will receive your first acupuncture treatment that day and discuss other treatment modalities that may be beneficial, which may include moxibustion, cupping, or medicinal teas.
Follow up visits typically last 1 hour. Each visit Nicole will re-evaluate your presenting symptoms, objective signs, and make changes as your presentation evolves.
FIRST TIME PATIENTS
If you are a first time patient, PLEASE CALL Nicole at 646-705-4270 to book your appointment.
Once your appointment has been booked you will be emailed forms that involve completing your personal information, medical history, and viewing and signing consent forms. Please feel free to bring in any labs, imaging, or medical records you'd like Nicole to review.
FORMS OF PAYMENT AND INSURANCE
Nicole accepts include cash, check, and all major credit cards. Some insurance companies reimburse for acupuncture treatments. Nicole will provide you with a Superbill with all the appropriate codes that you can submit to your insurer.
